For the second stakeholders’ workshop, Tanzania has been selected as the theme country. The discussions focused on exploring the stakeholders’ needs, challenges and capacities in terms of climate services in Tanzania. The workshop focused on three sectors: agriculture and food security, energy and infrastructure. The event was held online on 14-15 September 2021.
This virtual gathering brought together 200 participants from the Focus-Africa consortium members, international stakeholders, and African government officials, scientists, innovators, entrepreneurs, investors, policy makers, civil society among others from academia, public and private sectors, to discuss climate change impacts on Food security, Energy, and Infrastructure in Tanzania.
